1. Eligibility

By submitting on behalf of a child, the parent/guardian confirms full consent.
2. Submission of Creative Work

3. Ownership & Usage Rights
All submitted creative work remains the intellectual property of the creator.
However, by submitting, participants (or parents/guardians on behalf of minors) grant Diamond Best Foods and their affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, adapt, and distribute the submissions for promotional, educational, commercial, or campaign purposes.
This usage may include, but is not limited to, websites, social media, digital platforms, television, print, and public exhibitions.
Submissions may be edited, adapted, or combined with other materials.
Participants waive any right to future claims, royalties, or compensation arising from the use of their submissions.
4. Acknowledgement
While Diamond Best Foods may choose to credit participants where appropriate, there is no obligation to provide attribution in every use.
Selected submissions may be showcased publicly as part of the campaign.
5. Privacy & Consent
Basic personal details (such as name, phone number) may be collected and used in connection with the campaign.
Parents/guardians confirm consent for their child’s participation and the use of their submitted creative work.
Diamond Best Foods will handle all personal information responsibly and will not sell or misuse personal data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Diamond Best Foods and their affiliates are not responsible for any disputes that may arise regarding submitted content.
Participation is voluntary. By submitting, participants agree not to hold Diamond Best Foods or its affiliates liable for any claims, damages, or losses connected to the use of submissions.
7. Agreement
By submitting any creative work to the We Create Diamonds initiative, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
